Company structure
VTT Marketing Limited was established to commercialise the technology by a technology development syndicate and retains contractual links to the founding science organisations. The company directors have wide ranging experience in international business and the textile sector.

Executive Director John Pettengill
John is principal of Bledisloe & Company Ltd a New Zealand domiciled corporate advisory company with wide ranging experience in capital raising supporting the start up of technology companies in Australia and New Zealand. He has been a principal with the international Finnish engineering and consulting group Poyry PLC and a principal and director of the Sydney based economic advisory and forecasting company BIS Shrapnel Pty Ltd, the largest independent economic forecasting company in Australia, General Manager Export for the CHH industrial product conglomerate and has held senior executive marketing positions in forest product companies marketing processed forest products. John has had extensive exposure to international business throughout Asia, North and South America and Europe. He has been responsible for the successful launch and start up of many new technology businesses.
Nalayini Brito MSc, ACA
Nalayini holds an MSc in Finance (with distinction) from the London Business School (UK), an ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Sri Lanka) and a Financial Studies Diploma in Banking from the Institute of Bankers (UK). She is also a member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants (UK). Ms Brito has over 20 years banking and corporate consultancy experience in New Zealand, Bahrain, the UAE, the UK and Sri Lanka. She has been closely involved in the banking sector projects relating to investment, privatization, restructuring and strategic planning throughout Australasia, Asia and the Pacific. As Vice President of Citibank N.A. she was involved in corporate lending, structured finance, M & A, MBO/LBO, securitisation of receivables and loan restructuring. Ms Brito is also familiar with the operation of capital markets having served on the Capital Markets Committee set up by the Government of Sri Lanka, having managed an international investment fund for a Kuwaiti Consortium Bank and in working as a stock strategist/senior analyst with the SG Warburg group in New Zealand.
Dr Michael Dalling AM M.Agr.Sc. (Melb), PhD (Illinois)
Mike has wide ranging experience of technology development, intellectual property management and commercialization. Mike was formerly Group General Manager R&D for ASX listed Nufarm Limited, Managing Director of the Strategic Industry Research Foundation Limited, a joint initiative of the Victorian Government and CSIRO, and Managing Director of Florigene Limited, one of Australia's first biotechnology companies. He is currently Chairman of the Biomedical Imaging Development CRC, Chairman of Biomass Conversion Technologies Pty Ltd, Director of Neural Diagnostics Pty Ltd and a Director of Kambridge Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd. Mike was appointed a Member in the General Division of the Order of Australia on 26 January 2006 for service to the biotechnology industry through contributions to research and development organisations and commercialisation efforts to benefit Australian companies, producers and consumers.
